The following questionnaire has been developed to guide and assist Member States with their reporting on specific provisions of the 2019 Recommendation on Open Educational Resources (OER). It aims to collect information on the legislative and regulatory provisions and any other measures taken by UNESCO Member States to implement the UNESCO OER Recommendation adopted in 2019 at the 40th session of the General Conference.

The questionnaire below reflects Resolution 214X/13.X adopted at the 214th session of the Executive Board.
